A real person

You call. A person answers. We dispatch. No portal, no ticket.

What we cover in an emergency call

  • Storm-damaged sections tarped and secured against wind.
  • Punctures from tree limbs sealed and boarded.
  • Missing shingle sections covered with roof-grade underlayment.
  • Skylight, chimney, or vent leaks stopped at the source.
  • Ice-dam and freeze-related leaks addressed.
  • Written report with photos — for you and your insurance carrier.

What to do while you wait

  1. Move furniture, electronics, and rugs away from any active drip.
  2. Put a bucket under the leak. If the ceiling is bulging, poke a small hole in the center with a screwdriver to let water drain into the bucket — better than the ceiling collapsing.
  3. Do not climb your own roof. Wet shingles are more dangerous than they look.
  4. Take time-stamped photos of interior and exterior damage.

After the tarp

Tarping is temporary — good for a few weeks, not months. Once your roof is dry we'll schedule the permanent repair or, if the damage is widespread, a full replacement. If it's storm damage, we'll walk you through the insurance claim.
